ViviStem Refund Policy
• VIVISTEM provides wellness coordination and support services related to international wellness programs. Because scheduling, preparation and client support begin immediately following enrollment, all payments are considered earned upon receipt.
• Refunds are not offered once coordination services have begun. If a client chooses to cancel before any coordination work has started, VIVISTEM may review a refund request on a case by case basis.
• VIVISTEM does not provide refunds for services performed by independent providers outside the United States. Any concerns regarding services delivered by third party providers must be addressed directly with the provider.
• Clients acknowledge that VIVISTEM is not a medical provider and does not guarantee any specific outcome.
